Dedicated to Restoring Justice to the Corrupt
Family Court System Through Equal Rights for Both Parents in Divorce
Key Links and Resources For Fathers in Divorce and
Custody Battles
If you have just started the divorce process you are going to be amazed at
how broken and prejudiced it is against fathers. You will literally not believe
the stories of corruption and sexual bias in these courts until you see them
with your own eyes. You will not believe this is the United States of
America, as this system is a tyranny that ignores the laws of the land without
fear of any consequence. The system is
corrupt, broken and does huge damage to fathers and children by essentially
favoring mothers to a such an extreme degree that it causes serious harm to dads
AND children. This is the result of three decades of unopposed lobbying,
education and propaganda by women's rights groups, or at least the radical
feminist elements of these groups.
It is standard operating procedure to take 90% of a father's income for the wife
by forcing the father to continue to
pay for the home (typically 50% of income) plus an outrageous amount of "child
support" (26% of gross = 40% of take-home for 2 children), really extortion and
alimony. First dad is unlawfully ejected from the home by a bogus restraining
order (RO) with a claim of "fear" (no violence or anything need to have
occurred. The appeals courts case law says this fear must be "reasonable"
and proven but virtually all judges ignore this requirement. MOST ROs (probably
about 90%) restraining orders are bogus and should not be issued. This is literally criminal
activity and a breach of their oath by the judges, a felony, but judges have made themselves immune and need to be held
accountable. Judges succumb to pressure from women's groups and the male urge to
"protect" women.
You need to prepare yourself for a very long war of
attrition with your wife which she win win by default and you will only win
anything by huge legal bills or a long harm battle and educating yourself about
your rights. The ONLY way
around this is to reach complete agreement with your spouse and cut out the
lawyers entirely. Even then it is possible the judge will reject this agreement
(unlawfully). The lawyers will turn your wife against you
to increase the size of the battle and their fees. They will perpetuate this gravy train for themselves, that has now
been running for decades, until they have sucked as much of your estate as
possible chasing details, motions and arguments that will make no difference in
the final outcome, which almost always greatly favors mom over dad.
You will not believe what you are in for and must
prepare. Join a group, start reading, take the Liberty Bell Union "Take Charge
of Your Case" course so you can represent yourself.
The economics are set up to
YOU CAN NOT POSSIBLY WIN if you use an attorney, unless you have VAST savings
and are willing to spend literally HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars to make these leeches
rich on your tragedy. Often the wife will have four dollars of income
for every one dollar you have under this ridiculous system. Even after spending
lots of money the judges will do what they
like anyway, no matter how unlawful and unconstitutional it is.
Eventually you will learn that these judges are the
most prolific CRIMINALS
in existence today, breaking the law many thousands of times per year. This site is full of stories and proof in the form of the actual laws and cases
that are suppose to limit any judges authority. Their job is to determine
the facts and apply the law only. Family court judges ignore supreme court law and the constitution in favor of their
personal opinions, agenda and
traditions that were obsolete 25 years ago. Major reform is needed as these people
are CAUSING a great America tragedy by denying a generation of children their
fathers. This is proven harmful to children in many, many ways but even mothers
get caught up in the vindictiveness and continue this harm.
Many groups are now working worldwide, nationally, and locally to attack and
reform this system, but it is an entrenched bureaucracy that will be protected
but the bureaucrats and lawyers that are getting rich off of it.
LEARN, PREPARE FOR THE WORST AND
GET HELP FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN THERE.
THIS IS A BIG JOB AND AN EVIL SYSTEM THAT IS OUT OF CONTROL!

Everyone
is concerned about the tremendous costs of husband-absence. On this we all
agree. Without marriage, mothers have to do it all, children lose half the love,
care, and guidance which they should have received, and fathers have little or
no respect in society. The vast majority of objective studies collectively point
to the fact that the replacement of the husband by the welfare state and
irresponsible divorce are the primary causes.

Will a District Attorney Do Anything
About Judges Violating The Constitution Every Day?
Judicial oversight boards
are a joke - They are the foxes watching the hen house.
They simply dismiss anything unless you have a videotape of a judge raping an
underage girl.
However the FBI, DA and other federal authorities may have some reason, and not
be beholden to the
state judicial mafia that is kidnapping our children and stealing our lives with
the excuse of "divorce" and
"best interest of children". Contact the DA and make a complaint. The volume of
call may eventually get
an investigation going with a politically ambitious person there.

http://www.avoiceforchildren.com/cases/index.html - Cases highlighting the
corruption in our family courts. Judges and lawyers are ignoring the true law to
make money and have power over families they have no rights to wield. The
fact is, if the quasi-government officials, judges, etc., abide by the law of

This
is because these are given out like candy to any woman that requests them. It is
likely they cause more attacks than they prevent because the factual innocent
men (accused and even unaccused with just a claim of fear) actually abuse men 9

of their constitutional rights as a parent and to property as soon as a woman

Men's Rights, Inc. is dedicated to ending sexism in a way that
recognizes the social, psychological, physical, legal, and economic problems
of men. It seeks to make available to men the wide range of options that are
now available to women; to ensure men the right to nurture and the power to
raise children; to correct the social and economic pressures and the legal
inconsistencies which fill our prisons and cemeteries with men; to correct
the low standards of male self-image, health, and safety; to educate women
as to their own continuing roles in perpetrating sexism; and to eliminate
the dictum that the worst failure a male can commit is the failure to live
up to his self-destructive male role. Equal rights for men and women - no
exception! PO Box 163180, Sacramento, CA 95816 916.484.7333
